With these symptoms becoming progressively worse and them being constant after every meal and any drinking i am at a loss!! im 21 years old have no idea what im doing with my diet, im an active person and find this is my only reliever of pain. The bloating is so depressing and painful to have and i dont know what to do when i go out or go out for drinks with friends?! Can someone with such aggressive symptoms please advise me on how they cope!! Tried all types of pils and medications nothing seems to work..

It sounds as if it could be gallstones.
If you have an ultrasound scan they may show up.
Regarding diet, try a low fat diet for a bit and see if that helps.
No pastry, no cheese , no ice cream, no red meat.
I know this sounds boring but worth it if it helps.
Take care and keep in touch

Did the doctor perform many tests?
Either get a second opinion from another GP or ask your GP for a referral to a specialist. I dont know what type of specialist but your doctor should know that much. Otherwise start with a gastro man and see what he says.
If your doctor is out of ideas you have to look for other medical people with greater training or more experience.
Good Luck
Graham

One thing I've been doing to help relieve my symptoms is to eat low FODMAP foods. I try to make all my food myself because I've been caught out, eating foods that have either been rolled in flour, seasoned with garlic/onion or have hidden synthetic sugars in them.
One thing Graham was saying on his FODMAP discussion is that it is hardwork to keep up eating low FODMAP foods. But, you know yourself how horrendous suffering the Ibs digestive problems we do and how that makes us fear being far away from the loo.
It may be worth giving it a try. I hope it works for you too x

You may want to try lactase with dairy. Some people are simply lactose intolerant and it can wreak havoc exactly like you've described. On the other hand, if it's a gut imbalance then dairy-based probiotics (Kefir, for example) could be your best solution...but it's a tough call for you to make on your own!
I agree with others who say you should press for further testing. Good luck!
