Gp says am fine, asthma nurse doesn't want to see me for 3

Hi ,I'm the same ,last year was a complete right of for me health wise ,a continuous productive cough that was not only depressing for me but embarrassing to ,no infection just white mucus ,then after months I did get an infection ,and was prescribed Doxecyclone antibiotics for two weeks that seemed to clear the infection up ,and less mucus.i was told to clear my chest 2/3 times a day ,I was prescribed a flutter devise to help cough up the sticky mucus from the bottom of my lungs,as that is where all the germs build up and infections grow ,this helped quite a lot and finaly the cough subsided, take care ,

I have asthma ,Bronchietis ,emphasyma ,

I wish you better health .

mates must be so fed up. What is a flutter device? Never heard of that. I would be fine if I could only get rid of this rattly

Hi ,it's a devise that was given to me by my GP as the pulmary rehab nurse recommended me to use it ,,,,,it's a small devise looks a bit like a mans smoking pipe ,there on amazon about £45 ,or from your GP ,it's that simple to use and to look at you'll think ,,,,,how ,can that help ,,,,but it does ,,,,it puts less strain on you aswell ,have a look on you tube there are videos that will show you how to use them ,,,,,rather than me trying to explain ,,,,also read the reviews on amazon ,,,,I honestly wouldn't be without mine ,,,and the best thing is ,,,,,there's no medication involved ,,,,just your hough ,,,,please have a look and let me know what you think ,I'd be interested to hear what you think.good luck I hope you feel better soon ,
