Infarction is a fancy term for tissue death, necrosis...tissues die when they lose their blood supply.

The heart is divided by a septum...antero simply means frontal.

So anteroseptum is the anterior aspect of the sternum which divides the heart...of which some of the tissues have become necrotic.

What did your cardiogist explain to you?
