If you have had a full medical and you are ok then this is probably anxiety and it is a common symptom

Anxiety loves fear so the more scared you are the higher your anxiety will get

can anxiety really make my full arm go numb to the point where i feel like i cant lift it cos its so weak?

I believe it can because your blood supply is feeding the core and brain and taking it from limbs. I always lay on my left side and try my best to breath slowly through my nose.

I am so sorry. I wish there was more I could help with.I recently read about distraction techniques and those have helped me at times. Mine can get so bad it feels like I have someone tightening a belt around my ribs kind of where my bra is.

Yes, it feels almost like a thumb sticking in my throat.

I know many people get that, not sure if it is because of breathing through mouth or something else. That is a,symptom I haven't had, maybe because I drink tons of water

That is common. Thats a standard drenaline reaction. It sucks but thats classic. Its frieightening at times what the body does. Like we all have a short circuit somewhere.
