My mother was diagnosed with a complicated type b aortic dissection eight weeks ago , she was given two weeks to live by specialist !! In the past two weeks she has had episodes of collapsing with hypotension and bradycardia , she has been rushed to hospital both these times. The last time a week ago the Doctors now say she has AAA as well sad and due to her age and co morbidities the will not operarate, She has no appetite and has not had a meal for a week , she is very tired all the time and is so tired and pale. She lives in a nursing home , and every night I am scared of the phone call from them sad The Gp said that she is having slow leaks from wither the AAA or the Dissection . Is this a sign of impending rupture ??
