Past 4 days I've had intermittent pain on my right side(pretty much where the appendix lives). It's not unbearable, I feel fine-no other symptoms. No nausea, temp etc. I do suffer from IBS sometimes. Could it be that?
The pain sometimes goes to my hip and buttock too.

I just had mine removed, and I didnt have nausea or fever, but a lot of stomach pain and pain where appendix is.

The pain is still no worse, just every now and then I feel it...

I would check it out for peace of mind.
If you press on your appendix with your finger and it hurts, I would definately go the ER.
