I decided to stop any form of blood pressure tablets. I had been on lisinopril and chlopidogrel tablets before which gave me memory loss and severe fatigue. I have been on felodipine for one week with the result that I suffered severe headaches whixch no painkiller would shift. I am going to take hawthorn leave tea to control my blood pressure, not any more pharmaceutical poison.

I am about to head this ay myself. Amlodipine 10 mg is giving me fits. The worst symptoms are these electric shocks and tingling all over my body and the throat irritation/constriction. I can't sleep!
I'm going to wean down the med, lose some weight, lower sodium and up my potassium and magnesium intake.
I've read grapeseed extract is good for HBP, too.
