I have had AIH since 2006. 1 and a half weeks ago I started budesonide. I don't know anyone with this disease and feel alone with it. I also am on an immunosuppressive med and prednisone. Recently my GO tried to taper me off prednisone twice and I relapse. Now he is replacing it with budesonide. It would be great if I could talk to someone else living with this!

What symptoms do you have with this? I have autoimmune disease along with adrenal Gland def I'm on dexamethasone which is a steroid. Prednisone I can't take neither hydrocortisone

Hi Robin,
I was recently diagnosed with AIH. I've decided to go the Budesonide route to avoid the Prednisone side effects. Can you let me know how you've been doing with the Budesonide. Thank you in advance.
