Hey so basically yesterday i was eating my dinner when i took a mouthful of a sausage that was boiling hot however I didnt spit it out and now my tongue is sore and i have little red circle patches well theres 3 to be precise looks abit like its took a layer of skin off, will this be because ive burnt it or? Im sending myself crazy overthinking things
