    Hi Susan

Are you going through a stressful time at home/work that may be causing your dip in mood? I realise you don't want to increase your dose but you won't know until you try. Speak to your gp but personally I'd rather feel better. If that means increasing the dose then that's what I'd do. If you can pinpoint something to have caused your dip them maybe you just need to work through it. Hope this helps & you feel better soon xx

Yes agree.  It could be something slightly stressful has triggered a blip?  The road to recovery often comes in waves, so you will be up and down and even after 7 months you could get the odd blip pop up out of the blue.  The further along in recovery you are the less these blips occur.

Try relaxing towards the feeling, go about your day in a relaxed manner / letting go, go out for a daily walk as fresh air and exercise are good, eat and sleep well (if you can), socialise if you can too.  You'll probably find the blip will pass.

You could stay on the 10mg and wait for the blip to pass, or agree you could try upping to 15mg or 20mg - remember though that an increase may cause side effects again for a while.

Hi thank you all for your comments, I have taken your advice, and try and work through it, I don't feel convinced that increasing my dose will help and do not want to suffer any more side effects, your words Kate give me hope that with the right attitude I may get better on 10mg, thank you all xx

Yes, adopting a relaxed attitude to your life will steer you back onto the right path.  It may be tomorrow or next week when you start feeling well again.  You never know.

Anxiety / depression thrives on stress and tension.  Learning to accept its there and also learning let go of your tension and float through your day helps it to pass by.

It happened to me many times.

I'm sure you'll be back on the right track again soon.

      K xx

    Hey,

Sorry to hear it's a bit tough at the moment, life is like this sometimes, you will get wobbles, it's natural.

Stick it out, concentrate on the good in your life, plenty of walking, water and some meditation if you can.

Good luck here if you need more support.
