Can someone please tell me if this is a herpes outbreak?

I noticed it this morning, i thought it was a pimple but i took a closer look and it looked like a sore. Just one but it does hurt when i press on it. I put some neosporin on hoping it will go away... so the last 2 pic without the blood is what it looks like now....

    I have the same thing!! But haven't went to the dr..mine doesn't really hurt but there I'm so scared

    It's not a pimple, you're right, but a sore. I would get that swab tested asap to be sure. The herpes swab test must be done before it starts to heal for higher accuracy, however, so don't leave it too late.

    Definitely go to docs and get it swabbed and tested!
