Cant get rid of infection

In september of 2014, I had unprotected sex and ever since then, all of my problems started. I was told I had a yeast infection so I took monistat 7. My sypmtoms started to clear up but not completely. in January I went back, and was tested for Gonohrrea, chlamydia, trich, BV and yeast. All came back negative. My Dr prescribed a diflucan once every other day for 3 days. They also suggested doing Flagyl just in case too. In July 2015, my symptoms were still there. I went and was tested for HIV and herpes as well as all my glucose levels and had a CBC done. All came back normal. November 2014 I went to a specialist and tested again negative for yeast and BV. They said I have a perfectly normal flora. I tried taking more diflucan, even boric acid suppositories, as well as inserting yogurt. However, I still have this annoying vulvar itch, stinging sensation, and constantly want to pull clothes away from the area. It gets itchier and more sore the week before my period. Theres also a slight white discharge that seems to be stuck inside the vulva. Not sure what else do to from here.

Now this week also, the glands in my armpits near my breasts are incredibly sore. I dont know if theres a correlation but I feel like thats a sign there is an infection present.

    Hello

Have you actually looked  atyour vagina?  Do you have any white patches? It sounds to me that you might have Lichen Sclerosus?  I would see a good dermatologist to investigate this further.  Or you could see a gyno first?

Make sure you find one that knows about LS.  It is something that a lot of doctors know nothing about unfortunately.

    Regards.

I've saw about 6 OBGYNS but no one who specializes in vulvar diseases yet. I go to a vulvar clinic tomorrow. I know I'm going to see a doctor, but the thought of yet leaving again with no answers terrifies me.

      Hello

Please mention to the vulvar clinic the subject of Lichen Scelorsus to try to rule this out.  I too thought I had suffered from thrush for so many years and only 2 months ago was actually diagnosed as Lichen Scelosus.  Then another specialist said itwas Lichen Planus which is similiar to LS but slightly worse!  It is an auto immune disease and a lot of these so called specialists know little about it!  Ask for Dermovate cream if they think you have it.  Your glands could come up because you are run down!   I am getting a lot of different symptoms throughout my body and its awful to be honest.  But we have to find a way to deal with this and live a normal a life as possible.  Let me know how you get on.

I had a biopsy done today. She said she sees no signs of LS or precancerous cells or anything visible. Results come back next week.
