CANT stop worrying! I'm driving myself crazy!!

I obviously have severe anxiety but today has been one of my worst! I'm a spazzing out everything! I had blood work done a month ago and my SED rate was 27 which the normal is 20 or below my gynecologist is wanting to repeat it to make sure it went down! I'm worried about everything! Usually that mean you have an infection of some kind! I'm 22 years old!! I have a one year old son!! My armpits, groin, and neck area have been sore! I do have an ear infection and possible sinus infection!! I just can't stop worrying!! Help please!! Plus it's my birthday!!
