DOES ANYONE TAKE THE DISPERSABLE MIRT.

THE ONE YOU LET DISSOLVE ON YOUR TONGE?????

    Hi

    Yes, I do. They simply dissolve on the tongue and taste slightly of oranges.

    I had the best night sleep ever with these, maybe too much sleep, but at least I'm not physically tired all the time.

    Hi,l have taken it in both forms and for me the soluble were most effective,especially if you're having trouble sleeping as they get into your system more rapidly.Hope that helps smile
