Split sole is the way to go if you have pf. You can lace them to fit accurately especially if you can get the leather type. The light weight and combination of raised heel allowes the damaged area to be supported unlike the flat bed of most trainers. Some training shoes aggrivate or can even cause

      Some trainers are really bad for pf..the split sole are for dancing but you can wear them for anything. They bend if you think of how a dancer needs to move on to the toe etc. Usually super light weight too and that also helps. Theres a heal wedge again very important not to be flat footed on floors etc.
