Advice please!

I had my vasectomy 3 weeks ago and the left side has healed beautifully. The right side however has a donut shaped wound and string has come out and is hanging. 

Is this normal?

    Not normal. You need to go to the GP as you most likely have a small infection causing the wound not to heal.

    As for the string get the GP to check

    It is not normal, so you need to go back to your doctor or to the surgeon who did the operation if you have direct access.

    Do not delay.
