I wondered if this could be related to a migraine. Right now the right side of my face feels droopy and aches, also my ear on the same side and my head feel weird. I was also thinking wether this could be something serious or possible tension headache? I have had it before and have been diagnosed with hashimotos.

What are you doing for your Hashimotos? I've been pretty successful at putting mine into remission, along with Hemiplegic migraines.

Am I diagnosed with cluster headaches. If your pain is concentrated in the eyeball or behind it, then you should check this trop. With CH very often comes tearing, blocked nasal passages and facial redness. All symptoms always on one side of the head.
