Who Else has this?So Depressing

Ive posted alot of times in this site, under just about everthing, well mostly to do with Acid Reflux, and all that stuff and sore throat and the list goes on.  I've been constantly having headaches on and off again headaches. I drifted to sleep thinking I would have a Good sleep. I woke up and have had a headache for awhile, it disturbs me all the time' - Even though I dont like taking so much medication with too much side effects I have only that option til I get get better but in a natural way taking natural medicines rather than all these tablet that have side effects'. I hate it so much . Im trying to lay off it. but when I get in pain I have no other choice'. otherwise I suffer.Im wondering if My headaches have anything to do with the feeling of my throat being Sore and Painful. Everytime I press against my osephagus area I feel a pain in my head'. damn its so sore. It keeps me up. I feel so exhausted and loss of energy and weak not to mention tired. What could this be'? Iv been referred to a specialist. But having to wait in a long queue is not going to do me any favours'. I want to be seen ASAP

    I think maybe start a diary of symptoms. Write down exactly what hurts and when, what action you took. I'd also record what you've eaten and drunk.

    Do you sleep in a well ventilated room? Do you have a carbon monoxide detector? 

    among the things I can think of:

    sensitivity/ allergy to foods--- mine are as weird as ginger and pineapple, to the more usual chocolate, coffee, alcohol.

    underactive thyroid or some sort of vitamin or mineral deficiency--- ask for all bloods to be tested.

    lying awkwardly or on too many pillows. I found the "new" headaches I was experiencing were caused by muscles pulled out of place in my neck and shoulders, trapped nerves, the pain of as unbelievable, far worse and Han any migraine I'd had in over 40 years. I have to sleep with just one orthopaedic pillow.

    keeping a diary might help you see patterns where we feel just headache, headache, headache.

    a woman sent me links for IBO and SIBO cause after she sen doctor and changed diet for it all her symtoms cleared up. It is close to IBS and crohns

      I guess I will never know what I have til I see a specialist hopefully they will be able to pick up on what I have. I have had alot of help from people on this site. Jonathon being the main one and lots of other Ideas from other people who have suggested to try this and that. The woman who had IBO or SIBO ? Did she have a specialist look down her throat and if not how did they detect that she had SIBO or IBO. I Looked it up and they said its more common in dogs than humans?
