Hair falling out😩

Hey just wanting some advice really the last 3 weeks my hair has been falling out esp when I wash it or brush it.. I has really stressed and had bad anxiety 3 month ago could this be why I'm losing a lot of hair? In April too I had the merena coil fitted too could this be a side effect? I'm really worrying about this and keeping counting the hair that comes out when I brush my hair.. My hair feels so thin now.. Been to the doctors and she has given me some shampoo to use as had bloods done 3 month ago and all fine.. Advice please 😞 x

    Yes I believe Mirena can cause hair loss. If you google it you'll find enough info.
