Do not swallow the tablet whole. Allow it to dissolve in your mouth without chewing. If desired, you may drink liquid to help swallow the dissolved tablet.

    Never heard of that but when I was still taking them they had such a horrid taste wouldn't want to do that. I have just come off them & switched to another Medication best thing I ever did.

    Hope they are helpful to you as we are all on them for a different reason & they just weren't right for me but have helped a lot of people.

    When I took mirtizapine I had to let mine dissolve on my tongue

    They are available in two forms.

    To be swallowed whole or to disolve.

    Good idea to read the patient information leaflet!

    I was given the dissolvable ones by mistake,but I tried them and they made me nauseous all day,so I went back and got my ones to swallow.
