Headache during jiujitsu

I've been quite susceptible to headaches for a while. I can't go on rides at theme parks and even if I shake my head from side to side, this is enough to bring one on. Obviously I just don't do that though, so it's fine.
I started jiujitsu lessons yesterday though and had issues. Firstly, a simple warm up exercise but alternating from side to side, brought on a huge headache and make me feel sick
As the lesson went on, it got worse and worse with every slight bump my head got. By the end, I had to sit in my car for 15 mins before driving home because moving my head made me feel like I was gonna puke. The headache was excruciating and I felt so sick.
Can anyone suggest something that could cause this, or is my body prone to headaches and it's just one of those things? I'm really annoyed as it's the first time it will have stopped me doing something that I actually want to do. I know it's a waste of time going to my doctor as he'll just think of the most simple solution and tell me it's definitely that.
Thanks in advance. Any advice is appreciated.

I hadn't considered that, but I have had one actually. Around 10 years ago I'd had minor surgery under general anaesthetic and I was sat on the end of the bed which was pretty high, waiting for the nurse to bring me some stuff. I lost consciousness and fell, landing directly on my head. I woke up with an oxygen mask on and didn't even know where I was at first.
