Prostatitis? Won't go away need help!

Hi, I'm a 19 year old male. I was diagnosed with chlaymdia in July and given a single dose of Zithromax , a penicillin shot and pills for PID all the same day. Things seemed to get better but on the fifth day after treatment my problems completely changed , I woke up with a clear discharge instead of the yellowish one I had before . My life has been hell ever since. That night I started experiencing pain in my lower back and my left leg went numb and pain In my pelvic area , along with frequent urination, even feeling like I have to pee right after I just went. My joints started to ache and and when I would sit down i would feel sharp pains in my testicules and butt . I waited till the 7th day after treatment and went back for re-evaluation. They retested me and said I was now negative for chlaymdia but yet I was still in pain and felt discomfort in the tip of my penis along with all of the aches . They gave me penicillin and Zithromax just in case. It still didn't stop. In the time of treatment I didn't have any sexual relations whatsoever to prevent re-infection or infection someone else. Another week goes by and I'm still aching and experiencing discomfort and I noticed the inside of my penis was slightly red and narrowed making my urine stream smaller and harder to come out. I regretfully decided to masturbate and the next day was pure hell. Out of nowhere I was super fatigue and short of breath and aching like crazy. I had no idea what the heck could be wrong so I went to another doctor a week later. Again my urine was clean and doctor gave me Zithromax just in case and told me maybe I was imagining the pain. I regretfully decided to have protected sex with my girlfriend who I did not get the chlamydia from a week later, the next day I was again aching like crazy throughout my body, mainly lower back and fatigue and short of breath. I went to another doctor who tried her hardest but just couldn't figure out what could be causing the problems I suggested prostatits so she checked psa and it was normal , I was very scared so I got tested for HIV twice , my left testicle it noticeably larger than my right and feels weird and is sensitive . She gave me 10 days on Cipro to see if it improves , it seemed to calm down a little but did not stop so she suggested 10 days on doxy, which calmed down the aching a lot and the discomfort in my penis but it did not stop. She then referred me to a urologist, after I told him my story he immediately said prostatits and prescribed me more doxy for two weeks, without any examinations . It seemed to get better but after ejaculation it would all be back as if I'm not taking medicine at all. I have had nonstop sinus problems and I can't last long at all in bed. As soon as I start I finish and the aching begins all over again. I went back after two weeks and he  prescribed a month more of doxy . I don't know what to do , I feel like crap everyday . I got a urine culture done and they said its normal. The doctor told me I have a slightly low white blood cell count and vitamin D which I don't think are causing this because I was perfectly fine until after treatment for chlaymdia. My girlfriend drains my prostate for me and she says there's some tough spots sometimes . That sometimes it all feels spongy and sometimes she feels knots or hard spots . When she presses on it , It makes me feel like I have to pee. After I ejaculate I notice the inside of my penis gets a little red and the whole narrows making my urine small. It feels closed but opens up a little when I pee . I'm getting an ultra sound of my testicles done tomorrow, I literally don't know what to do, the doctors have no clue and it's costing me a fortune to keep going and getting no results. I don't understand how my urine culture and sample can be completely clean but yet I have all of these problems. Now I'm having all kinds of health issues like high blood pressure, my hands and feet are cold . I didn't mention that I also was having fever and chills but that stopped after antibiotics except a few episodes of chills but I haven't had fever since. I'm taking doxy twice a day , with naproxen  and I take saw palmetto and probiotics which I just started because I'm noticing some plaque getting on the bottom of my teeth . Any advice I can get will help ! I'm miserable and desperate !!

    It sounds like hell; and I do not understand how 3 urologist can not figure it out and also how they let you leave their office with so many symptoms. A lay person can not help obviously; With all those body aches you think you got a virus or something; that is on the attack. I do not know but I wish you get better soon.

      I really hope I don't have a virus or anything , but it sure feels like it with how awful I feel! With all the blood work they've done I would hope they would've spotted a virus or something but everything keeps coming back normal.

    No depending on the virus; they can not detect it. There are numerous ones they can not identify. The reason being; all the aches and pains in your body.It is like your immune system is beating on something in your body; but it is not a bacteria; unless you need IV antibiotic that have a different spectrum than doxycycline or azithromycin provide. Could be.  But a virus would cause crazy stuff ; but I am not an MD or even near; although I know about medicine.  Take care. I hope you find someone to help you.

      Thanks mark, that makes sense. I just wonder how it is related to ejaculation because the aches in my body usually occur after .

    Maybe the duct that leads from your testicles to your prostate has the infection. I am not sure; the vas deferens or there is another anatomical term. But your Urologist would have suggested it. If I was a prostate attack, prostatitis and try to masturbate which I have done; I can not touch my penis for 2 or more days.The whole penis and under scrotum feel completely numb; like the nerve shut off.

      I can feel like a squishy ball in my vas deferens and my testicles are sensitive , after masturbating I get like a sharp pain in my prostate. But after prostate message it's like a complete temporary relief. The aching in my lower back disappears. Hot baths work tremendously for the pain

    To get a good second opinion go to a major university medical school and see the head professor of the urology department. They will often consult with you or they will recommend someone who will lead you in the right direction. Good luck.

    I truly am sorry for what you are going through. It seems obvious to me the cause is infectious and it has specifically attacked your groin area as it was probably sexually transmitted. Stop relying upon the tests that show you don't have an infection unless you investigate or ask doctor what is really being tested. They do the cheapest tests they can. The often don't culture and when they do they are often having a minimum wage worker look for only a handful of the most common bacteria. They rarely if ever look for viruses or parasites or fungi. So ask doctor who wants to give you a clean bill of health what they actually looked for. If you go to the laboratory website you can probably learn more in five minutes than the doctor knows. Your body is loudly telling you it is infection. That's the reason for chills aches pain swelling. The fact that it may not show up in blood does not mean your genitals prostate etc. are not battling infections. It sounds like you got a couple of infections because you get some relief from antibiotics. It has gone on so long you may need a different antibiotic and maybe treatment for viral or parasites. I would get yourself to a infectious disease specializing in sexually transmitted diseases and insist they take you seriously. Don't delay. The longer you let those pathogens invade your organs the longer or more difficult it will be to get control over them. I see you are not adverse to taking herbs. Consider tincture containing black walnut green hull extract combined with wormwood. They attack several pathogens including parasites. Also try using the medicinal mushroom complexes that are used to treat chronic fatigue because they subdue viruses. And of course don't have unprotected sex with girlfriend or anyone.

      That makes a lot of sense! I've thought it may not be just one infection , the only hard part is getting them to really investigate and figuring out what it is. They seem so set that doxy is going to fix it in time,not once have they looked for fungi or parasites of any kind. They keep examining it as if it's a regular uti or something. I'm getting a testicular ultra sound right now so hopefully that'll show signs of infection or something that will make them investigate further . It's like they think I have a regular health problem or something but I don't , I never had to deal with any of these health problems until now! It's crazy how little help doctors can be, I've gotten better advice on this post then any doctor I've seen!

    Has the person who infected you been contacted and checked out for chlaymdia or some other disease.

      Yeah , she said she was positive for chlamdyea and they gave her doxy and she hasn't had any problems. She never showed signs or symptoms , after I got it from her I started having symptoms so I told her to get checked out .

    They are just thinking it is a regular case; alot of people complain; and they think you are just one of them. They do not know what it is and they are not treating you properly. But I am not an MD and do not know what it is. But your symptoms are too much for what they are doing.

      That's very true , like they're not doing nearly enough for me! They give me medicine and say come back in a month and tell me if your feeling better -_-! That's bull crap, i think I'm going to get a biopsy done if they don't have any clues from the testicular ultra sound that I had done today

    I am absolutely miserable I am a 30 year old male who feels 90 I know a lot of you most likely have it worse than me but this is the absolute worst infection disease whatever you want to call it I call it hell not to be dramatic but this is awful I am not on here just to complain but I just don't get why no hospitals or Specialists are studying this whole riffic disease.

    I have tried so many things nothing works I want my prostate removed at this point and here is the weirdest thing MY SEMEN IS CHUNKY AND LIKE STRINGS OF SPAGHETTI nasty I know. But here is the worst a doctor says "what's wrong with that why does it matter" really?! Ya my gf going to love that coming at her. It's like they don't care and no one is willing to work on it.wjy can't we all stand to get her they do the als challenge etc this may not be life threatening but it's life altering!!!! Any cures????

      im experiencing the same thing as a 21 year old. has anyone found any answers about any of this? im at the hospital in a lot of pain and discomfort, and im being told every test is normal..
