Can genes exchange by sexual relationship?

If a man have sexual relationship with a woman for years, can their genes exchange with each other? For example, a man have dandurff, sensitive/allergy skin, diarrhea easily, or fail hair ... Etc. He have sexual relation with a woman for years. So, can all of these problems above transmitted to that woman, and he become healthy? Is it genes exchange or transmitte illnesses?

    Genes are a functional unit of heridity and are part of your DNA. That is unique to you, so NO you cannot exchange your genes with anyone else. You could get a partner to use dandruff shampoo of course and a healthy diet.
