hum, worried even often reading the instructions. Still gave question....? Should I be worried I passed a lot of water today but no.....yh no.2###

    I've been on these great tablets for three months I was 15.11 now 13.03 I wee loads and loads ...stay with it they do work 😁😁

      All I've done Is use a smaller plate and stop eating rubbish and drinking coke ..and I feel great 😁

      I eat veg and fruit for lunch everyday 

      normal evening meal just smaller portion.

      worked for me
