I think this drug is extremely dangerous.

I was prescribed for an unidentified pain in my foot which may have been gout or arthritis. I had a severe reaction to this drug.

Dizziness, nausea, pain in the chest and panic attacks. I only took three tablets over two days and suffered for weeks afterwards, needing diazapam and a course of SSRI's to help me get over this thing.

My feeling is that it triggered something in my head that just wouldn't undo.

Don't go anywhere near this drug.

These are just symptoms of being opiate naive (that means not having a physical tolerance, nothing to do with you being naive as a person!). Don't take 120mg in one day for your first dose.

The roughness you feel is just an opiate comedown. Take one 30mg dose at a time for pain relief and all will be well! After a few days your tolerance will build and you'll see how brilliant opiates are compared to other painkillers like NSAIDs.
