Zoladex experiences!

Hi, I was perscribed zoladex for 3 months for endo and I also have a 5cm cyst. I thought long and hard as to wether or not to have the treatment as the side affects gave me real concern. I had my last implant 11 days ago and must say with each one the side affects have got stronger! I have sore joints, low energy levels, hot sweats and night sweats bouts of crying and im very aggitated. My poor family have been through the mill with my mood swings. The pain has eased slightly. I have another scan in a few days to see it the cyst has grown and see the specialist at the end of the month. I carnt wait for the implant to totally leave my system as I want to feel normal again!

    hi pheobe

i am in the same boat as you. had a 3 month zoladex impant on 5 june and have been feeling really weird. hot flushes are bad but tolerable. what i cannot understand is suicidal thoughts. is that even a side effect of this implant?

any of you females felt that while on zoladex

Feel normal again, that's exactly what I want when having the inplant. I had it for six monts, and then a year later for twelve months. With all side effects as described by Pheobe. But worst is that you just don't feel normal? not yourselve. I had before a radical prostatectomie and three months later 32 sessions of radiation, but all that went allright, but Zoladex, I hate it.
