Intense pressure in my head

I have been suffering from waves of intense pressure in my head. I am 24 years old. It started about two months ago. Before it started I was getting really bad headaches which was unusual for me. I also had ringing in my ears. I then started to get pains all over my body. The pain was random. For a couple minutes it would be throbbing pain in part of my leg and then it would stop and be on my arm. I decided to go to the doctor After I started getting the pressure in my head which would cause panic attacks. She took some blood tests and everything came back normal. I went back because it kept continuing. I kept getting waves of pressure. When it was happening it felt like I had super senses. Especially with smell. Sometimes it was a wave of powerful smell and sometimes it was continuous powerful smell. I was driving home one night and out of nowhere in less than a seconds time i couldn't feel my head neck or arms. I freaked out and called my dad to take me to the hospital. They did an ekg, blood tests and a ct scan. I have also had several more blood tests, an mri, an emg, an eeg, and everything came back normal (all scans were on head). I am no longer having panic attacks just the pressure in my head. It is becoming more and more frequent. I laid down the other night and the pressure was on the top of my head, so I put more pillows behind my head to prop my head up. The pressure moved slowly down my head putting pressure on my ears and backs of my eyes and temples. Also my blood pressure seems to be getting lower. Usually 110 over 70 or higher but keeps getting lower last check in was 98 over 68.

All I can say Jessica is try to keep the hospital up to date with what is happening.  If nothing else is  suggested by them, or by your doctor, you may need to see another doctor or GP. Sorry I can't suggest anything else. But it sounds as if  these signs should not be ignored.

Hey Jes I'm Jacqui!! WOW!! This sounds almost IDENTICAL to what I was going through..... Same exact thing.... Never had had headaches and all of a sudden started having weird head pressure for months that turned into ice pick and throbbing head pains. I also head the weird body aches that would move from spot to spot.... I went to every specialist and every test consistently came back normal. I also had panic attacks/anxiety because I thought I was dying and developed a horrid case of health anxiety. It's quite frustrating because you know what you are feeling and that's when people start to think you are nuts. Long story short ... They sent me to a shrink and I was prescribed celexa..I'm on 10mg.... In addition I also moved out of my old apartment which happened to be a basement apartment and into a new apartment ..people waybthere could of been mold in there and I did find it I have an allergy to mold and dust mites and that apartment was full of dust and possible mold also. Since I moved I haven't had an weird body pains and not really any head pains either ..... Through all of my testing I did find out I was vitamin d deficient so I also started taking about 10k ius of VIT D DAILY...... I don't know if it was the celexA helping , me moving or the vit d that made me feel better but all I know is that I a lot feel better. I'm not saying I'm cured because whenever I feel anything I get nervous the pain is coming back and I become anxious!

Have you gotten your vit d checked? Let me know what happens.
