I have been taking 7.5mg of zoplicone for many years and was up to 7 a night for some time. I am now down to 2 and a half a night and once get down to one I am going cold turkey. I want off these awful things. I am tired all the time, and have so much saliva in my mouth which I am assuming is from the pills.

I went into cold turkey and after 5 nights of no sleep my body went into spasms and I ended up in hospital. i was left there like an drug addict with all the alcoholics.
Nobody could help me until I got the meds which was a day later. there must be some help out there and if you find it, please let me know. Thank you and give me hope.

I had some unpleasant side effects for a week. They included sweats, shaking, upset stomach sand the headache from hell. I went 3 days on 6-8 hrs in total.
BUT that was for just one week and now I'm fine. The wooly headedness and switched off feelings are gone. I'm more alert and lucid... Interested in life again.
It's really been worth it.
