    Hi Karen

I'd be worried about you hurting yourself. As for the cause it's hard to say. My balance was off from a middle ear infection but that was just me. There is other causes as well. Maybe have it checked out just to be sure. good luck

      Hi Penny

Apart from a few bruises & sprains I haven't really hurt myself. just wondering why it keeps happening, especailly as it happens on a regular basis.

      Hi Karen,

I really don't know for sure why you are going through this but it would be an idea to have it checked out Medically. Sprains and bruises from falling are never a good thing. all the best....

      Hi Karen,

That's not good balance is causing you to hurt yourself that way. I'm really not sure the cause but it might be wise to have it checked to see if it's a middle ear problem or something else. Hopefully you find the answer and be safe.

Hi Karen.. funny.  My doc referred me to a neurologist because  I have intermittent  balance problems.  My mom had Meniere's disease and  so I may be getting that.  But I also get labyrinthitis (I am susceptible to that ).  But the neurologist wants to make sure that the balance problems have not been caused by mini strokes (I'm 66 and have afib)... So.. get it checked out and don't hurt yourself!!
