Don't know what to think now... ?

At last my lung nodule biopsy is booked for next Tuesday.

My ANCA test was negative, vascilitis tests were okay, however my rheumatoid factor is high.

Could it still be Wegeners? If it's a rheumatoid thing where does the chronic rhinitis fit in?

ANCA negive does not rule out Vasculitis you can still be ANCA negative and have Vasculitis that's why you have a biopsy as well. But I cannot answer as to where the rhinitis fits in? Good luck with the biopsy that should give you some answers you need.I am sorry if I have confused you further. Good luck hope you get better 👍

You could have a high rheumatoid factor for any of the autoimmune diseases. Have they done an ANA to check for Lupus?  Or repeat the rheumatoid factor for a false negative?  Do some internet research to see all the possibilities. Good luck.
