ive dislocated my right knee a few times. its causing my to have sever pain up & down my leg. whats

Had a dislocated knee for years. Sever pain is getting worse. Whats the most damage im looking at.

    If left untreated you run the risk of furtherr damaging the joint its self, tearing the ligaments and with the knee being very weak you body will put more pressure of your opposite leg to compensate therefore potentially damaging the other knee

      Thank you. Yes it seems my other knee is slightly starting to have pain. But what if I may have fluid or even have a disc laying on a blood vessel

      Yes I have not long recovered from a dislocated knee myself a month or so ago now and it wont matter how many times you have dislocated it before you will always get a build up of fluid behind your platella as its how it reacts to the trauma normaly this fluid goes after 10 to 14 days (it took mine that long)

      When I went back to thee hospital to be discharged they said that if it were to happen again they will automatically start thinking of a operation for my knee (I have hyper mobility syndrome only recently diagnosed)

      Do you hyper extened you knee ?
