For for 4 months Ive been suffering from a dry nose, nasal drip and a constant headache which is best described as like snorting cold ice cream up my nose with a straw. Been to several ent drs who have perscribed nasal steroid, antihisterine and \ive also tried salt washed . Nothing seems to hve any effect . Is there anyone else suffering with these symptons or have any suggestions. I do suffer from gerd and was wondering if this could be related.

There does seem to be a connection with GERD / GORD / acid reflux, which I have also suffered from, so perhaps it's worth trying to get that under better control to see if the nasal symptoms improve. A lot of people swear by DGL (deglycer-somethingorother liquorice) supplements, or even cider vinegar which although acidic in itself, apparently causes an alkalizing effect in the body. Also worth cutting down on acidifying foods (plenty of info online on that topic).
The headache sounds like sinusitis (I'm no expert though) - have you been checked for that? A lot of people seem to report a feeling of pressure and headache.
Meanwhile, to try and ease the nasal dryness (if you aren't already aware), NeilMed do something called NasoGel spray, and Weleda do one called Rhinodoron (both use aloe vera). Also worth looking at xylitol products such as Xlear.
Good luck - I hope you find some relief.

hey Paul, I've been replying to similar posts on here. The symptoms being described here are all symptoms I have had. I was diagnosed with an auto immune disorder 11 or so years ago. The constant headache is almost the worst part of it. The sore dry burning nose is caused by inflammation.
Gerd is also part of it. There are a variety of auto immune disorders with overlapping symptoms. I think you need to see an immunologist and have a review of all your symptoms. These things are tricky to diagnose because there are no blood tests for it so your gp won't be able to diagnose.
One thing which is often indicative is raised inflammatory markers. If you are still using the system feel free to message me further.
