Neck pain from computer and sleeping position?

Woke up one morning with neck pain. I decided to ignore it since I had this before and it was not a big deal. I play the computer everyday and I play it constantly. Sometimes even from morning until night. After waking up like that i had pain in my neck every day after that. Most likely from my computer. In fact I am almost certain that the reason for this is the computer. Then I told someone and they showed me a better position to sit in and play the computer. I tried it and even though it is better,my neck still hurts. I

play the computer on a bed not at a desk. I'm starting to get scared I will never be able to fix my neck pain. I'm 13 and it's really scaring me. I'm probably overreacting but I tend to over think these types of things. Please help. One of the people I told just said i may never be able to get rid of my neck pain permanently.
