Abdominal Pain for 4 months

Hey, I’m an 18 year old male hoping for some answers. Around 4 months ago, I woke up with an upset stomach, I figured it will go away within a week or so. However, to this very day I still have constant abdominal pain. I’ve done an endoscope, blood, urine and ultrasound, doctors said everything seems okay and prescribed me prevacid. The specialist took samples to test for h.pylori which came back negative. I do not have constipation, diarrhea or nausea and I changed my diet by eliminating soda, processed foods, dairy, wheat for the most part and anything with too much fat. I’ve been on this diet for a month now. The pain on a scale of 1-10 is usually a 5 or 6 throughout the day and my abdominal is very hard. The pain is usually around my belly button and sometimes my upper abdominal. I just don’t know what to do anymore. It just seems like this pain will never go away. I do feel some relaxation when I apply Rub A535 on my abdominal. Any replies would be helpful, thank you!

I have a tenty two year old son that you sound a lot alike. If he does not take a digestive enzime at all times he has the same things going on. once back on the Digestive Enzime he goes back to normal again. You may have to try a few till you find the one that works best with you. You can get at GNC. Also its not a bad idea if you have a Chiropractor or such that can test them, to tell you how many are recommended for you, if not sny btter then none. As you play with them youll figure it out and will know eventually. Good Luck!

If you have done all the tests then you are suffering with acidity problem. One of my friend is also facing similar problem but doctors suggest him to carefully choose your diets. He can't eat fried food but if sometimes he ate fried food then he is feeling like bloating and pain in his stomach.

So I would suggest you that have some light food and drink lots of water in a day, around 3-4 liters. After a week or so you will see some positive results. And keep in mind don't eat fried food and junk.
