Reducing using the very slow method..Some advice please

I,ve just reduced from 10mg to 9 and a half using the very slow method and so far so good. What I wanted some advice on is how long do most people stay at the new level before reducing again.

I think we are all different.  The beauty of the dead slow nearly stop method is that it can be tailored to the individual and how they are responding to the taper.  Some people need more time than others.

I said in the "article" that you could just continue straight on to the next reduction if you feel OK. But I suspect that most people hang around at the new dose for a month or so - I'm sure I said that too. It really is a case of how you feel - if the reduction went well, carry on. It you had wobbles at all, wait a bit.
