I have severe bilateral PF. Little success with all treatment options. I was recently casted on one foot with the plan to cast the other next. Has anyone had success with hard casting?

Morning! Just saw your note.
Before you continue down the casting route, I hope you'll reach out to your doctor or a local podiatrist and go online to research EPAT (Extracorporeal Pulse Activation Technology)-sometimes referred to as ESWT or shockwave therapy.
It's non-invasive and will get you back in action much faster than being restricted to casts.
