Cider Apple Vinegar

I tried to post this a week or so ago but it disappeared. I have had HS affecting only my groin area for years. Recently I have been treating the area with cider apple vinegar and it has been extremely effective. Within only days the soreness and inflammation calmed down and I have been practically clear of new breakouts. I would recommend trying it.

How are you applying it? I'm at the stage where I'll try anything!

I am using CAV from a normal supermarket. I use it neat, appying to the area with a cotton wall ball, morning and evening. There might be some slight stinging but it's not bothered me. The vinegar smell soon disappears luckily! Good luck I hope it works for you.

this works great as an astringent but if you have a bothrsome one you want dried out..try soaking a cotton ball (i wet with peroxide) in Epsom Salts so its good and chunky..then i apply and put tight panties and a wash cloth on to hold in place and sleep for the night..it dries them out great!

I use that also, but make sure your using pure it should say "The Mother on it" Bragg has that brand and is sold at Giant Foods...and yes it helps makes even pimples dry up and less inflamed...another good one is chamomile tea hot compresses, takes the red and inflamation out within 2 attempts, i swear by it, but i know what works for one may not for another.
