Unable to rest or sleep thinking of my daughter with chiari 1 malformation

My daughter is suffering from a severe headache difficulties swallowing weakness in hand muscles unable to open a door she has a lesion in the pineal gland cyst and low position cerebellar tonsils 8.8mm and diagnosed as chiari 1 malformation she suddenly lost her visual fields from her right eye was given diamox the pressure and the headache is better but the other symptoms are the same. Please tell me the best doctor can treat her in uk.

    I can't post the link on here without it being authed by a moderator... I just tried! However... If you head over to the website for The Ann Conroy Trust... You will be able to find a list of Chiari Specialists and those that will take referrals as well as those in your area.

    So sorry about your daughter.. It's hard enough to deal with as an adult let alone when you get.
