Possible prostatits but no one knows Forsure is driving crazy

I'm a 24 year old male a year ago i

Had unprotected vaginal sex with a random girl

Within the next week had pain in testicles

Went to get tested , negative for all stds

Then have discharge painful urination, frequent urination . Burning at the tip,Couldn't ejaculate ,painful erections ,Got tested many times all negative.

One year later Been to 3 uro had 2 cycscopsy everything seems fine. Sysmtoms are still there.(at the moment on ceftin and mainly have urination problems and discharge)

Blood urine sperm and prostrate fluid tests all fine .

I know I would be diagnosed with non bacterial prostatits but it can't be because this all happend after the sex with that girl. Before that I never had any any any issues burning or urinatitng.

Only the past 4month I have been on antibiotics (doxy,levaquin , ceftin) the levaquin I took for a month got me to about 80% but had to stop as it was killing my body .

I must add I have been on Bactrim before al this on and off for a few years for acne.

I know in my heart it is some bacterial because of the circumstances and how antibiotics respond even it's a little. I don't understand how every test is negative!. No doctor has mentioned bacteria such as ngu or those less often bacterial that are not in the common stds. My belief is that maybe because I took bactrim for so long and because the first two uro didn't do ANYTHING for 7 month this "infection" is a monster that no one knows how to find.

This last uro told me he can contact a infectious

disease specialist and do antibiotics through iv.

This has destroyed me inside and outside mentally physically emotionally spiritually I may have become insane aswell .

How can I have tested negative repeadtly for everything yet this started ONLY after the sex. Why do I respond to antibiotics if there is no infection. What am I supposed to do I cannot fathom a life with this pain this ed problems and knowing what caused this how am I supposed to have sex with a future wife let alone might. It be able to have kids !. I will be trying herbal after this and if not I will look into direct injections of antibiotics to prostrate. My fear is that There is a hidden disease that is slowly killing my ability to have kids and if I get married I will infect her and not be able to have kids. This is a bit of a rant but plz if you have any advice ( after semen culture the doctor mumbled something like there was a break mentioning something about the timing)(maybe my semen was not good?maybe it's already damaged?)

      Hi my friend,

        I contacted prostatitis after a sexual encounter 7 years ago, too. My drs. have told me it didn't come from that, so I don't know who to believe anymore. Mine was so bad that I had a Turp done and that didn't help either. I am considering the injections like you are and Hope that that will bring me relief. I don;t know how to handle this anymore and will surely talk to you if you need a friend to talk to. I understand how you feel and how modern medicine seems to be abandoning us. I can tell you that you are not alone and that there are many other men out there who are going through the same thing that you and I are going through. I am here if you need a friend. Together I think all men who are afflicted with this Should come together and force the establishment to please understand that we are people, too and deserve the same kind of care and research on this subject that is given to almost everything else pertaining to male health.

      Wow I'm sorry man, I cannot honestly say I'm not sure if I can make it 7years of this...... my question to you is which tests did you have done as far as stds etc..... I know there are the basic stds and urine tests but I want to find a doctor or lab that will test my blood my semen my urine my prostrate fluid for every Parisite that comes with sex. I will pay whatever is needed . I am actually even thinking of asking my uro to take a biopsy....I know this is some bacteria ....

      And test them at different times because the more you do research the cultures need a certain incubation period

      Also have you had any sexual partners in 7 years? How did you go about it (not pain wise) and have you had a gf/wife durning this time did you tell them ? My pain is so bad but my fear/guilt / worry for future wife/gf is much worse

      Yes, I have had all the basic tests- Blood, urine, prostatic fluid. I can't give a semen sample since I can't ejaculate anymore because I have had a Turp. I think this turns into Prostatitis. I would be interested to know which tests you have done because if something ( some parasite ) shows up, I would be interested in having it done also. I will talk with you tomorrow and answer more of your questions.

      I had semen( this was the start of me being able to ejacualate, for a few month I went through a period of literally not being able to ejqculate and then to painful ejaculation during and after)

      Prostrate fluid(after massage but I don't even know any fluid came out and it wasn't just a regular urine test)

      Many many many urine tests cytgoclogy ,blood test and got tested around 10 times for basic std/hiv

      Let me know how the tests turn out. I am also looking into having direct prostate injections to see if that help[s at all. It's very surprising that urologists can't do anything about this ??

    Hello my friend, I am 27 years i got diagnosed with prostatitis 4 month before every thing same you came negative. I take ciprofloxacin and Doxycycline for about 76 days. And my Dr said you must ejaculate every day i did that for 3 month. Now a lot of my symptom is cleared. But i feel now that my semen is very low when i ejaculate. And the big problem is when i drive the car for one hour i return to the start of my illness and if i do anything is hard i become sick. When i am sitting and relaxing nothing happens. I am in Sweden, i heard that is Levofloxacin will end the problem after 30 days i will try. But there is doctor in Italy and another in Greece with injection therapy i will try for it. But i am very afraid that i will not have children. I do not have sex just with one women wich is my fru and then i was abroad for a year and no sex. One doctor said to me that if you do 3 times sex on the week every thing will get better if it is non bacterial. But i am very confused about that.

      Levoquin made me80% better when I took for 30 days but idly is very strong and makes your body hurt even from sleeping..... after I told doctor I still need more antibiotics because it's coming back and I'm on ceftin and doxy and lots of symptoms are back but levoquin is good stuff
