I've had rectal bleeding for 4 months with no answers?

In June, I was in the er for extreme bright red rectal bleeding. I had 3 rectal exams done, ruling out any anal fissure, rectal tear, or hemerroids. I also had a ct scan done which showed thickening on my colon wall and a spot. I had a colonoscopy done and the doctor said it was clear and the spot was nothing to worry about. He did not take a biopsy. I have still had diarrhea, am nauseous, bloody stools, pain in lower abdomen and most recently extreme fatigue and shortness of breath. I did more blood work and a fecal test revealing no ibs or crohns. The only thing positive is still blood in stool and my iron has become low. Should I do another colposcopy with a different dr? I'm worried about colon cancer. Any ideas of what could be wrong? I've seen 4 doctors and none of them have an idea.

I would see a different gastroenterologist or whatever type of specialist your GP recommends. I didn't have your symptoms but spent 4 days in the hospital and had a colonoscopy. My colonoscopy results were fine, but I was still so sick when they discharged me. I then found a different gastroenterologist who did an endoscopy... He found a stomach ulcer and put me on meds.
I would definitely see another specialist...
