I would call the doctor and give him/her your list of symptoms ! There is a period of time when your body is adjusting to the new levels of bile and also recovering from surgery. Not all meds work the same for everyone; sounds like you need re-evaluated and probably a different set of meds to help you cope. There's also a chance you are having a reaction to a medicine.

Sorry you're feeling so bad ~ I hope you get answers soon.

Sorry to hear your not better. Sometimes it takes a few months to adjust. No spicy fatty greasy foods to start. I could never eat at restaurants foot years after.

Finally hen estate thing waprobiotics and yogurt helped to balance the good bacteria in the gut.

the normal enzymes in the gallbladder that breaks up food is gone. So a good clean diet is important. Also the dr can prescribe enzymes to help.

Were you given antibiotics? That might screw up your gut. The only thing I would suggest to check for is if there is excess bile flowing in your system now that you don't have a gallbladder. It may be backing up into your stomach and causing you problems. I've heard of Questran and Welchol to help with this issue. Acid reducers will not help with this.

I wasn't given anything not even post surgery appointment nothing for pain I was told to take Tylenol. After weeks taking pain I contacted my doctor and was given the run around. I took to Google and got information from sites off of Google. I am bloated upset stomach vomiting every day now I am noticing blood.

Honestly, you may have an infection going on in addition to everything else trying to heal~ Do call the doctor and tell them what's happening.

I have spoken to my doctor, I even changed doctors but nothing I keep getting the run around. Honestly I have gotten more information from others that have had gallbladder surgery than from the doctors and specialist.

Maybe you should get some bloodwork done to see if you have bile duct narrowing..do you have a fever, pain, nausea, dark urine, gray stool, chills, vomiting?

    Best wishes
