Anxiety or what

Hi I am suffering from anxiety problem as per doctor but I m not convinced every time have physical sensation in left hand shoulder,severe pain,chest pain, I did 20 times ECG but all are negative reports .....pls help what I do ...I m taking medicine betacap and etizola but not get relief.....

    I also experience a sensation in the left side of my body and I believe it's anxiety...but my doctor says anxiety doesnt present in one side of the body like that. So now I'm left wondering what keeps happening to me :-( I do not get pain at the moment of my attacks...the core of my body gets shaky and weak, my left side of my body feels like it's floating and my muscles in the back of my head and neck get extremely tight. After the attack I am left with an awful headache, which I am thinking is caused by the sudden rush of everything. I feel so lost.

    Personally now I feel you need to trust your GP and Specialists who have taken so many photographs of your Nappa (Head)

    Have you had the GP look at the function of neck and shoulder,?

    If all is ok there you seem to need medication and CBT. Also understand you are in partnership with your GP as far as your health is concerned and you need to trust your Partner your GP

    You need to accept the fact you have an anxiety disorder. If your mind is busy tricking you and lieing to you its fighting the meds. ANd what you described is extremly classic with an adreneline rush.
