My rezum. Procedure was done 8 weeks today still have a little pain when I have sex and ejaculate it's normal except my erections are not very hard but better than before surgery I pee fine now and can hold it well my success was not expected to be so good my prostrate was 110 cm and max usual is 80 so I guess although my procedure was excruciatingly painful it only lasted 9 minutes and there was relief after the steam injections until next one I really recommend this procedure as a first thing before more drastic measures good luck to all and please don't be afraid of it I had Catholic for one week then it was p*ssing razor blades for about three weeks and it has gotten better slowly I have normal ejaculations not retrograde so I strongly recommend procedure maybe get an oral or a pain shot before procedure with the prostrate block. they didn't give you antibiotics? I had antibiotics for 6 days starting the morning of the procedure. I know these UTIs with nausea and shivers. They are nasty, you should feel a little better after two days of antibiotics, well after four days. The pain is amplified by the infection, as soon as it is over, you should experience the mild PAE pain, much lower than TURP. I wish you good luck with the final outcome of your PAE.

Hi Roberto,
So sorry to hear of your recation to the procedure. I'd defintely be curious as to what the doctors' say caused it. Were you put on a catheter? What medications are they giving you for it?

Roberto I'm sorry about your problem. I hate UTI. Use to get them all the time Did the doctor say way Did you have a catheter after. Make sure they give you antibotics to get rid of it so you can start to heal. PAE is very good but it take a wlhie to heal Just take it easy and drink alot of water Good bless ken

9 minutes seems very quick, I was told 30 was normal, is steam injection a new addition that can reduce op time?
