Stimulation device vs. Denervation

Hi the Nhs are going to offer me the above procedures for a slipped disk L5 causing pain in the sciatic nerve (all down the leg) and I don't know what one I should chose! I've researched both but would like people's opinions and advice. I am most worried about losing bowel/bladder dysfunction - is either procedure less risky for this please?
