Immediate Help Needed !!

I will provide you with the detailed information about my health so that you can help me out with the solution.

I am a male ( 22 y.o. ). Few years ago ( about 4-5 years ), I had bleeding from my rectal part with itchiness. I was really constipated and felt like I won't be able to pass stool. I went to my GP and he said it is probably constipation with hemorrhoids. So he prescribed me with magnesium serum and few tablets. The thing went aways for a few months and again came back so I used OTC tablets for stool softening and then I started using natural medicines to make my stools softer to avoid bleeding. I used to take the natural medicines daily. About few months ago, I started getting sharp pain in my jaw ( probably the last tooth on the right side ). After inspection I saw that there's a cavity so I overlooked it. I used to get the pains on random days sometimes after months as a result I never complained. One day the pain came back and it was severe as if something is present beneath the teeth and noticed a yellowish white pimple on my gum. I went to my dentist and he prescribed me with antibiotics and ordered a x-ray. But after looking at the x-ray he is said you are not having anything in your teeth just the cavity nothing else. The pain subsided after a few days and I got back to my normal routine and then one day I woke up with a sharp headache and noticed few pus filled bumps on my back of the neck ( mostly under my hairs ). I went to my GP he prescribed me with a cream and some medicines. The bumps went away for a few days and came back again ( pus is whitish yellow in color ). So I kept using the prescribed cream. A few days later I was going to sleep and while going to sleep I felt like I was going to faint ( as if something is moving in my nasal cavity and my temples ). So I went to my GP and he said it is acid reflux. He treated me with normal acidity regulators which didn't show any effect ( I started getting sever pain in my strenum and upper left abdomen ). I went to a second doctor who asked me for an ultrasound of abdomen. The results showed :

a) A small kidney stone 4.2 mm in my right kidney

b) Mesenteric adenopathy, reactive non-specific lymph nodes ( in upper abdomen )

Then I was put on PPI and antibiotics for 2 weeks which relived my pain a bit ( strenum and upper abdomen pain ). During this thing I started getting symptoms like lightheadedness, dizziness, off balance so I ordered a CT scan of brain ( plain ) and it came back normal ( all things were unremarkable ). My second doctor ordered me to visit a chest physician to check the chest. So I went to a chest specialist and he said your breathing is normal and your chest is clear. And said you might be suffering from GERD. So he again put me PPI and antibiotics but the symptoms remain as it is :

a) My upper left quadrant on the abdomen feels a bit swollen with no pain.

b) Pain near strenum area which radiates upto the base of the throat as well as under the left armpit and even on the left side of the back

c) Throat feels numb as if I can feel the swallowing along with difficullty in swallowing.

d) pain under left nipple and under the rib cage

e) bloating, dry cough ( all day long ), pain on the left side of the abdomen and chest which gets worse while coughing, bending down, lying in irregular position.

f) Stools are dark brown sometimes yellow, green with foul smell ( my rectum starts itching after bowel moments )

g) blocked nose, post nasal drip, which gets worse while lying down.

h) regurgitation and nausea after eating a lot ( feeling of stomach fullness for all day long )

Please help me to find a solution !!
