Urgent help needed please anxiety sertraline

I have been on ativan 2 mg with other drugs for around 4 months i think 

i take 2 mg ativan at night for sleep ( around 4 months since i started taking it)

how do i taper it 

dry taper plan

1.875mg - 7 days

1.75 mg - 7 days

1.625 mg - 7days

1.50 mg - 7 days

1.375 mg - 7 days

1.25 mg - 7 days

1.125 mg - 7 days

1.00 mg - 7 days

is it good 

if not then please i request give me a good taper plan

    You should discuss this taper plan with the physician who prescribed the Ativan...you will need the physician's assistance to obtain the pills in the correct dosages.

    My doctor say when u need it . Can u tell me plzz if I take lorazepam it's good I got very bad depression and anxiety 1 week for sertaline just scared to take lorazepam any advice or can I take day time last 2 week I m in home

      You should take your medication exactly the way your physician directed you to take it.
