Tight foreskin and small penis.

I'm and I have a tight foreskin. I can't barely pull it back, but i can't even see the glands. I weight around 95kg and just started to pick up a diet and start exercising. My penis is around 3.5 inches erect and half the size when flaccid. When I try to pull back my foreskin in the shower, my penis buries itself so it's very hard for me to do. When I saw may dad's (didn't want to see it but one day he walked into my bedroom naked to grab something) his is twice the size. Is there anyway for me to fix my problems and get a bigger penis before it's too late?

There's probably not much you can do to change the size, but how old are you?

Phimosis can usually be fixed by stretching, using a steroid cream, or as a lass resort surgery (preputioplasty or circumcision)t

    These links may help:

(that last link is written for doctors, but may help)

Can I still increase the size since I'm only 15?

If you're only 15, then testosterone treatment could potentially help, but your penis probably hasn't finished growing yet, especially if you started puberty late, so the size may not be an issue later on.  The phimosis might well fix itself too.

It's probably worth seeing a doctor though.  You could either see your GP, or if you're in the UK, you could go to a genitourinary medicine (GUM) clinic - google "GUM clinic near me" for details.

If you could update this thread and tell us what the doctors say, it would be appreciated.  Good luck.
