Good Evening,

Friends / Team,

I am having chest pain, neck pain and shoulder with hand pain for almost 4 months, recently done cbc count, neck xray, neck ultrasound, ECG test.

Cbc count normal, 

Neck xray - neck bone compress as per the doctor, need physotheriopy / message treatement, as it is not serious.

Neck ultrascound scan - Normal.

ECG Test - 3 times all normal as per the doctor.

Can any body help me out, if any body as the same problem and assist with solutions.

even today, my chest paining with neck pain with back pain.

    Hi ?? Don't panic please . 

    Since results for everything came out negative , that's mean you are not dying 😃😃😃😃

    That's the good news ! 

    Symptoms like that are tipical for anxiety . The list of that could be much longer . To relive pain just take some painkillers if you can't take it anymore . 

    But most of all , try to stay calm . Try meditations , yoga , deep breathing . 

    Belive me , you are not alone in this .

    Hello Enjoy your Physio

    Look up a book on POSTURE. That may help, relieve any neck pain you have especially if you are stooping or sitting badly
