Pcos... constant thrush and BV!!!

Have been diognosed with pcos a year ago now. We have one child together who's nearly 7, and trying for another one and have been for 4 years approx now... pcos is obviously the reason I'm not getting pregnant again.. but I've noticed I have recently been getting either thrush or BV quite regular and don't know y?! Thrush I've sort of been looking up and it could be down to my hormones, which would make sense but not sure about the BV. Has anyone else had or is having the same problem? Is making me feel dirty when I'm defiantly not!

    I haven't suffered with that myself but if it's a hormone thing you could give maca root a try, it helps to balance your hormones!? Look it up x

      That's great! Thanks for that Rachel94068, I've been wanting to know what I could take to try and help balance my hormones! I'm up and down like a yoyo! rolleyes thanks again!

      No probs! I take three 500mg a day and that keeps most of my pain at bay 👍 so hopefully will work for your symptoms
