Can sinus problems be sneaky?

Hi

I wonder if anyone can advise me?

Ive had what I thought was a sinus problem now for a month.  Ive had a headache in my forehead and over my eyes.  My cheeks hurt and feel very tender, under my eyes is painful as well as my eyebrows.

I have not had any nasal discharge though.

I went to my GP and he tested my CRP and ESR to see it is a bacterial infection.  Everything has come back normal.

What is going on?

    Now I'm not a Doctor but lord knows I've been experiencing those same symptoms for almost 3 weeks which I suspected was a sinus infection and I know how unbearable it can make every moment of every day absolute complete agony so I finally caved went to the doctor got some antibiotics and in just 2 days I feel amazing still a little soreness and slight pain but a million times better then how I felt before so my advice is don't listen to the internet and studies that say antibiotics won't help they most definitely do so I say go and get some antibiotics hope you feel better
